Any suggestions on this verbose tempo marking?

I’m inputting a historical orchestral score with this admittedly verbose tempo marking (see below). I input the first line normally (Andante con moto tempo rigorous h = 92), but I’m wondering what the best advice would be for inputting the subtitle, as I’m assuming normal tempo markings can’t have line breaks in them. What type of text should I use?

Probably I would insert the tempo as simply a metronome mark and then hide it via Properties, then input the printed tempo marking via Shift+Alt+X system-attached text.
