Any way to scale up midi velocity while keeping it relative?

So the basic options are to select all and scale up or down velocity as you see fit, or use, say, a ramp. As shown in the vid:

But what I want to do ideally is use the ramp function to scale up velocity but keep the levels relative to each other the same, not a straight ramp. More akin to doing this in effect, but not as fiddly and just in one straight move and scaled properly as in the previous method:

Is there any way to quickly achieve this, perhaps with the PLE?

Short answer only:
Select all events. Go to the velocity lane. Instead of dragging all up or down as you did in video 2 got to the upper right or left corner of the grey area and move those handles up or down.

I think you can use the “Midi Modifiers” in the inspector. they have a ton of stuff you can do with midi

Hell yeah. Thanks Johnny - just what I was looking for. Using Cubase for years and never even saw that.
