nope… I wish it were possible too, I guess it is up to the plugin manufacturer.
I am really hoping Steinberg will make this possible with their Supervision plugin. I think Fabfilter Pro Q3 has a full-screen button, and Kirchoff EQ also has a full-screen button.
I am really struggling with Pro L2 from fabfilter (vst3) because when I re open it, the size goes smaller every time
I know Softube plugins have a setting in their options menu for their plugins in which you can resize the plugin and make it your default size - maybe Fabfilter has that too?

It’s on the plug-in side if it’s resizable or not.
any solution to the shrink in size issue, I have seen it on old forum thread from cubase 10 and 11.
I have the issue with fab filter pro l2
