Anyone Tried Cubase on Zorin OS, or other Linux that runs Windows programs?
Hi,
Cubase doesn’t have Linux installer.
No, no, the OS runs some Windows programs, including installers.
Hi,
I see. Sorry for my ignorance.
The other think is the ASIO driver. As far as I know, the ASIO is not ported to Linux, so you wouldn’t have an option to set the Audio Device. I don’t know, if this OS can run Windows drivers.
Pretty sure I’ve seen wineASIO mentioned in Linux forums.
A quick search found this, actually using the Steinberg SDK to compile the wineasio driver.
