I am trying record a Motif keyboard sound into Cubasis 3 threw the Apogee One interface. I am not able to hear any playback threw the interface with headphones as well as playback threw Cubasis. Also in my my mixer there is no audio signal coming threw the audio track. When I go to settings it says it recognizes the One but again still no signal coming threw the audio track. Very frustrated, please help…

When Cubasis is launched for the first time, a pop up asks for the permission to use the microphone.
Please double check that the permission is given, in order to use Cubasis with external audio devices.
- Please go to the iOS settings
- Please go to Privacy → Microphone
Please make sure that the Microphone option is enabled for Cubasis.
Please let me know if this helps, to make the Apogee One work with Cubasis.
