Apple M1 with Cubase and 3rd party plugins - what's your experience?

My good old Intel Mac mini is getting maxed out too often these days and I’m thinking about grabbing a Mac Studio with a M1 Ultra chip.

I keep reading mixed things but all I really care about is Cubase and 3rd party plugins (Izotope, Fabfilter, Softube, …)

For those of you who are running on a M1 with many 3rd plugins, are there any major drawbacks still?

How does Cubase itself perform?

Performance is good. But you need to install versions that runs as native arm to get the speed.

Incredible performance here running in native Apple Silicon mode. Rock solid.
