Applying an insert over time

Hi all,
Been a long time since I’ve used Cubase or posted but I’m back at it.
I’m trying to apply a particular insert (reverb) to come in gradually to a section of a track, so at 0s there is no reverb, at 16s the effect is half-applied, and fully applied at 32s.
What’s the simplest way to do this?

Reverbs are better used on an FX channel so you’d just automate the send level. If you do use it on an insert, just automate the wet/dry or mix level depending on what controls your reverb has.
