I’m using Time Signature Plain Font, and the font I need to use had oldstyle figures as its default.
When I apply an OT property to the Font Style to use lining figures, the numbers shift oddly:

I get this with some fonts and not with others Alegreya also does it. I was hoping the new OT properties would allow me to do this without a font workaround, but unless I’m missing something, this feels like a bug. Thanks in advance for looking into it.
After applying the property to use lining figures, what happens if you open the Edit Music Symbol dialog for Time signature 4 (plain), add a space character and set its Y-Offset to 12.50?
Thanks, I know I can adjust it this way, I just think it should be unnecessary.
It’s my understanding that when Dorico places a digit in the denominator of a time signature, it aligns the top of the digit’s bounding box with the middle staff line.
What I don’t understand is when I modify the font to put the lining figures as the default, it looks fine. The glyph bounding boxes should be exactly the same as using an OT substitution…
