I’m not sitting in front of Cubase right now, so I’m guessing those icons stand for bypassing Inserts, Sends, etc, …
When looking for key commands I like to use the search function in the Key Commands window, so in this case I’d be searching for “insert” or “sends” or “bypass” etc. – more often than not, it gets me there…
