I tried to google for it but can’t find anything.
I think you’re right: Groove Agent doesn’t seem to have much of a 3rd party library/kit/expansion ecosystem.
So for a large 3rd party selection of ready made and deeply crafted kits, Groove Agent is not what I’d currently choose.
I find it really shines much more when making one’s own kits - including deeply crafted one’s.
However:
For single layer sampled kits, it should be relatively easy to create myriads of kits from 3rd party loops, either from ready made REX files or from audio files with drum loops.
Searching for 3rd party drum loop kits/libraries that have REX file format versions should return quite a lot of results.
And of course, the world of WAV file drum loops is even larger.

Cubase users can take a loop in the sampler track straight into Groove Agent, saving the step of creating a REX file.

For anyone else, there’s the (now free) Recycle that makes it possible to turn pretty much any loop into a REX file without paying extra money.

I’m amongst those, who is hoping that Groove Agent will see a significant update, since there’s a lot of power under the hood and Steinberg already has some other tools that could potentially be connected and/or combined with Groove Agent. For example, some of the technologies behind Backbone and SpectraLayers might make for interesting and powerful integrations with Groove Agent. Then again I have no idea what the market will actually pay for these days, so who knows, if/when there might be a new Groove Agent. But that’s another topic.
