If for some reason I need to reinstall my Cubase Elements, do I need to install all the updates one by one? or just the last one and it will include the previous updates?

Yes. If you need to reinstall Cubase, just download the full installer for the latest version of Cubase you have (the version shown by the eLicenser Control Center). When you run it, you’ll be asked if you want to download and install the latest free update, which will include everything from previous updates.
