Arpeggiator / note repeat on different keys for trap-music

Dear Forum,

I would like to realize the following for a trap-beat:
On C1 a Snare that repeats with an arpeggiator-plugin synchron to cubase in 1/16, on C#1 the same snare with the repeating in 1/16t and so on. So a note-repeat function that can be realized in each “zone” differently.
I have Cubase Pro8, Native Instruments Maschine, Kontakt 5, Halion 5, Groove Agent 4 - but I don`t know how to realize this in one of those plugins.

Can someone help which sampler-plugin can realize this result in cubase?

But this should also be possible in cubase in some way!

But this should also be possible in cubase in some way!

If you have Groove Agent 4 i would suggest using its Note Repeat function. It is explained on page 25 of the GA 4 manual. I could however probably also come up with a way to do it without GA4.
