Getting more familiar with Dorico 5 but have two problems. 1. I’ve added the title and arranger in the score info fields but only the composer shows up and 2. I’ve added the copyright text in the text frame but it doesn’t fit, how do I increase the size of the frame? Thanks Andy
We would probably solve the situation faster if you could post a dorico file (even only the first couple of measures) so we can see how your Page Templates are set up.
Hello Derrek
Score attached (I hope)
Thank you

- The Flow 1 verbiage is a Flow Header. You turn these on/off in Layout Options>Page setup>Flows>show flow headings (you had just covered it over with a text frame, which I removed)
- You should make most of your changes on the Page Template, not the page itself.
- Editing the First page template (or any other) you change the text box sizes either by click the green border then dragging the handles that appear, or typing specific values in the lower panel. I have increased the size of your copyright frame so all the copyright note will fit.
- You did not have a token for ProjectArranger anywhere. I have enlarged the Composer frame and added the Project arranger token underneath.
Hope this helps
Many thanks for your prompt reply. Looks like I’ve a lot to learn (after years with Sibelius) I will run through it tomorrow. I’m watching the last night of the Proms at the moment. Thanks again
(I’m listening!)
… that should give you some extra time…
Thanks Janus, that looks great. I appreciate your help. ASndy
Hello Janus.
I’ve been working on another (Sibelius project) but have now got back on trying to work on Dorico. I have tried to add a title and composer in the Project info dialog box and save this but it doesn’t save, neither can I find how to drag and expand the green boxes, I can’t see the handles (in engrave mode). Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks, Andy
AFT,
in Engrave Mode: are you editing your Page Template?
Have got now, thanks to all for your help. Andy
