Can you be a bit more specific about which particular Cubase feature you’re talking about? Are you talking about the Arranger Track, or something else?
Right, so it is indeed the Arranger Track and, I presume, the ability to have multiple versions of material that you can switch between. We don’t have any current plans for this, but it’s certainly something we could add in a future version.

Would be nice at least if we have Staff/Track Versions in Dorico, in the near future. 
Once, many moons ago, I asked for this feature because of two reasons:
- Very often we end-up with more than 1, or 2 versions of a thematic material which would be far more easier to save as Staff Version, than to create new Flows just because of few changes.
And after all the Flows are not designed for this purpose. They serve more like symphonic movements, opera acts or for scoring film scenes. - The Ossia Staff can’t be used as Staff Version because it doesn’t playback.
