If the text is e.g. “sul pont.” and “sul tasto”, Dorico has an amazing feature for this: take a look at playing technique continuation lines, which you can create between two playing techniques by grouping them.

Perhaps the simplest way to do it would be to create an “empty” playing technique that consists of only a space character.
