Artefakt guitar does not go beyond the note E5, how to add an octave?

Hello

I bought ARTEFAKT GUITAR and it turns out that it’s missing an octave towards the treble.

This is very annoying for electric guitar solos where the notes rise much higher than what Artefack offers.

I looked at the settings of the programme, which starts well from C-2 to G8, but the keyboard remains greyed out after E5.

How can I change this and extend the note range to at least E6, which is the last note that can be played on an electric guitar?

For a €100 digital instrument, this is the minimum we can expect.

I have Shreddage Hydra, which also “only” goes to E5. And that’s higher pitched than my Les Paul.

Hi,
I don’t think there is a way because the file is locked. What I just noticed, though, the program uses C4 as middle C, which is interesting and a little confusing because Steinberg uses C3 as middle C. I had to verify this with a tunner.

@DanyDan I also tried to transpose on a track in Cubase, but it doesn’t seem to work. Maybe mess around with some pitch shifting VSTs. You may get an interesting result you like.
