Recently upgraded from Artist 9 to 9.5 (Win7). All seems to run fine but no user presets are available for things like Preferences or Key Commands. And not just ones I saved in 9. There are none at all (like the factory ones available in 9). In fact, the pull-down tabs for loading presets don’t even seem to respond. Tried the Import Presets link within the Key Commands window, but couldn’t find any .key, .mac or other file types it was looking for.
Are these not supposed to import or link automatically to older versions at install?
