arturia keylab 49..sustain pedial mutes tracks cubase 7.5

ive got a arturia keylab 49 and the transport controls work fine and keys play fine in Cubase but when I press the sustain pedal it mutes whatevers on track 1 in Cubase 7.5 so I cant use it when recording in Cubase…

any idea what the problem could be?thanks

Hi. You probably need to look in
DEVICES > DEVICE SETUP > remote devices > generic remote
Your keyboard is sending MIDI controller message 64 when you press the sustain pedal, and Cubase is assigning that controller to the channel mute.
I am not familiar with Arturia, so that’s all i can tell you.
