Arutria VST does not allow Cubase remote

Hi -

I have a new Arturia Keylab 61 MK3 and here is my challenge:

  • I factory reset the Keylab as this was happening previously.
  • Re-Installed the Keylab MK3 61 script from the Arturia site.
  • Edited the MIDI Remote to customize what the pads will trigger in DAW mode.
  • Everything works fine until I open an Arturia VST - Example Piano V.
  • In this case, the keyboard swaps to the Arturia program, which I assume is expected so that I can utilize the Arturia macros etc.
  • The problem is that when I switch back to DAW mode, the pads do not follow the assignments in the MIDI Remote, they keep sending MIDI info as if in Arturia program. Faders work as they should.

Thanks for any help, I’ve contacted Arturia but this is unresolved.
