Audio clip (set to Musical) doesn't follow tempo changes

Hi! Shouldn’t this audio clip conform to the tempo change and stretch the eighth note that is located at the 8.9 position? Hmmm…

Track’s Time Base is Linear and clip’s Musical Mode is Musical.
