Audio Connection issue

Hi

I have Wavelab 11 and cannot get my Project Pre Box S2 Digital dac/ headphone amp to work. I can see it in the drop down menu in audio connections, but doesn’t work, nothing happens, cursor won’t move on wave file. just sits there, no audio, but no error messages occur.
I am on a Macbook Air M1 chip.

When i was using Windows, i knew you needed ASIO drivers to be installed, but in OSX that wasn’t needed i thought.

Any ideas?

Hi!

Test don’t know if this will work but…
In Tools menu in OS look for “Sound and Midi configuration”
in here “Create Merged Audio”
