Audio driver error

I did not say that it was a connection issue, I said I used this method to help achieve a stronger signal… and maybe the cue system has been used for decades and decades - But it is not the case for everyone… There is no need to use the Cue section if Cubase is not used within a recording studio environment…So referring to more documentation about something a user might know little about just adds to the confusion…
If documentation is provided for software it should cover all eventualities and not refer you to other documentation etc…you have even made comments about poor documentation.
I think a quick and easy way would be to do a video tutorial - step by step, and this could even include a section on the ‘Cue’

I learned and now understand most of the Software by tethering my laptop to my mobile and running Performer and running Connect on my Studio computer - this is how I have figured it out, not by reading the Documentation as it was too confusing. Once I had figured most of it out the documentation made more sense and could be used more as reference (though still poor).
I would recommend this way to anyone.

The two ways of connecting are an issue - the ‘code’ works but the searching for users ‘friends’ never worked I just get unable to connect etc… but that’s not an issue as the other way does work and all I need to do is text/message the performer with the number (once I asked them to make a Steinberg account)
…So dr, I do know how it works and I have read the documentation… The problems start when I connect to a performer, driver issues, loss of signal, loss of talkback, loss of monitoring- so I guess that’s their fault and not the software also.

As I stated earlier, I really like the idea of the software, but it seems more like a ‘work in progress’ than a salable software program. Better documentation and Definitely a video tutorial would help tremendously.
