Hi, I’m importing or dragging a polywave file (recorded on an F8N) and I can’t get each mono track in Cubase LE to open as a separate track. I only get one track in Cubase LE that contains all the mono tracks from the file, and even from this single track, I can’t find any option to separate the audio into individual mono tracks. Is this a limitation of the Cubase LE version? And if so, can the Cubase Elements version do this? I’m asking because I’m considering upgrading from LE to Elements. Thanks a lot.
You would need Cubase Pro in order to do that, I believe.
There are other ways to do it though, if the goal is simply to get individual channels from the Multi-channel wave files.
Maybe search this on the interwebs
export multi-channel Wave files to wav
