I started a project and now it’s big, every time I imported an audio file I used it in its own place and didn’t import it to my project audio folder, now project is big and I want to move it to another computer, so how can I ask Cubase to copy all audio files from all drives to my project audio folder?

Use the Backup Project function to create a full set of files in one new directory. Everything referenced will be added too.
This is also what the ‘Prepare Archive’ function is for.

ffg, Media > Open Pool Window > Prepare Archive = Pool is ready for archive, just a message and then nothing?
Somewhere in the ‘File’ menu, top level.
Means all files from the pool are in the project folder.
