Kernel Extension drivers (here 3.28B) work very well under macOS Ventura. Drivers based on DriverKit (here 4.0x), on the other hand, run very unreliably, especially with high memory utilisation. Apple has probably improved macOS Sonoma, because DriverKit drivers seem to run without problems in the beta versions.
