Audio Interface Not Detected By Cubase

I recently bought the Rode NT1 microphone with the Rode AI1 audio interface, The microphone works fine as I have tested it through Windows “Listen to this device function” and Through the Direct monitor function on the interface itself which allows the signal to go straight to the connected headphones.

The Microphone works but Cubase Artist 10 is unable to detect the audio interface so I cannot use it.
I’ve attached screenshots of my windows sound settings(Playback and Recording) as well as screenshots of Cubase Studio setup settings.

I’ve also updated the audio interfaces firmware

If anyone could help me It would be greatly appreciated

The AI-1 is compatible with any DAW that functions with ASIO devices.

Make sure your AI-1 has the latest firmware using the update tool available [here]

Simply download the correct file (for Mac or Windows), and extract the contents of the zip file to your hard disk. Connect your AI-1 to your computer and double click on the extracted updater file. Requires MacOS v10.11 / Windows 7 or greater.

You can download the optional ASIO Service installer for improved performance with ASIO-compatible Windows software by clicking [here]
