Audio is Recording but there is no output, into headphones or when exporting

Hi, my issue is that after recording a track completely fine (monitoring works and recording works), the playback and exporting contain no audio. My headphones are connected and working properly as an output, as the monitoring works just fine.

Any help?

Turn off input monitoring.
