Audio/Midi Event colour change when selected

Hi all,

I’ve just upgraded to Cubase 7 from 5 was wondering if someone could help me out with something.

Every time I click on an audio or midi event the colour changes dramatically, think it inverts the waveform/midi notes and the event background colour. Cubase 5 was a much less obvious change between highlighted events and non highlighted events.

Anyone know how I can change this?

Adjusting Waveform brightness in Preferences makes some difference.

Another alternative is to use lighter and pastel display colours.
