Audio-reset doesn't reinitialising aligned (Mac only)

Hi @Spork !

After audio device reset within VL, my audio setup not restoring its last state, nor re-setting “aligned” (same device for input / output).
Just one possible example:

Is there a way to either:

• restore aligned (same I / O)
• restore last state (whatever it was)
  , could you have look maybe if there is anything to do? thank you!

Hi @fkalmus,

there was indeed a problem after “Reset Audio Devices” : The Audio-Input could be lost. That’s fixed and will be added to the next Pre-Release (3.0.32).

The idea of “Reset Audio Device” is to add new connected Audio devices. And the current devices for In/Ouput should be not changed.

I guess your previous state was “Universal Audio Thunderbolt” for In- and Output. And after “Reset Audio Device” the Input turns into your Default Apple (!) Audio Input Device.
