Hi guys,
Aliensolo is an awesome pitch tracking VST synth which uses audio as an input to create sweet sweet basslines. Similar to ‘the mouth’ by tim exile. I want to input audio into my analogue synth to achieve similar results… so I am presuming that in order to input audio and have it control the synth I have to convert the audio into a control voltage as there are CV inputs for gate, envelope, pitch, and filter… my question to you guys is: is there a single unit which I can buy which does this? Like, a magical little box which takes an audio input, does some magic, and spits out CV outs for pitch and envelope? Thanks guys.
