Audio Warping outside of Sample Editor?

Hi to all the knowledgeable Cubase folk out there. Is there a way to free warp audio events from within the standard event display - in effect, bypassing the Sample Editor?

I ask because I would like to work outside the confines of a metronome based setup and when editing the audio, it’s more important to work with phase relationships when applying audio warps. The Sample Editor makes it more or less impossible to view the phase of other audio events, this is unfortunately the one advantage of Pro Tools’ Elastic Audio function which can be performed while viewing all neighbouring audio events…

Missing this function too…

IDK if this is what you are asking, but you can change the “select” tool to “sizing applies time stretch”, and this works in the normal event view

you can also just right click “Audio Warp Quantize” to quantize it without going into the sample editor.
