Auto dithering when converting to lower Bit Depth in a project?

Hi,

I have a question, hope all are doing well and are safe during these tough times.

I am using Elements 10. I have a 32 bit fp track and when importing to a lower Bit Depth set project, say 16 bit, a Dialogue Box appears for converting the file to the lower Bit Depth.

My question is, is Dithering automatically applied to the track?
