Auto Quantize Specific Tracks

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to have ‘Auto Quantize’ permanently set to on for specific tracks?

I want to have all my loops based tracks (such as percussion and synth loops) hard quantized every time. Currently, I have to toggle Auto Q on/off globally, but I’m looking for an alternative to smooth out workflow where all the tracks that will always be hard quantized can have that setting.

Maybe a project logical editor of some sort?

Hi,

You can apply the MIDI Insert. And if you want to print it quantized to the track already, enable the “record” button on the Insert while recording.

Somehow it’s not “forcing” the loop in time on record - only after on playback. Thanks for your reply though!

To record it with the Insert enable the red (record) button at the Insert slot.
