I shared this on the FB group but wanted to share it here as well.
TIP: If like me you sometimes need to manually number verses, you can add the numbers, period, and space as exclusions to spacing so they still align nicely:

Nice! But I did have to stare at the two options in the Dorico dialog, like it was a “spot the difference” quiz. Maybe the dialog should have multiple full stops, like a hand-built ellipsis, so the two options are easier to discern?
