I have had automation data on an fx send level from an audio channel randomly stopping reading, although read is activated and the automation curve shows on the track. The only way the problem is solved is by closing and reopening the project.
I’m not sure this is relevant, but the data was written using a CC1 controller in AI locked mode.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Does it mean the parameter doesn’t move (visually), and you can see it’s not moving? What kind of parameters are you talking about (MixConsole parameters like Volume, Pan, Send Level, Mute; or Channel Strip parameters; or plug-in parameters – built-in vs 3rd party; or…)?

Yes. It works initially then suddenly doesn’t.
As mentioned, fx send level, from the channel settings window.
