Automation doesn't follows events

Hi!
The behavior of automation follows events is completely unpredictable. You can see this behavior in the video.

To reproduce the problem, you need to
1 open the project, add any plugin
2 record the automation change (static within the event)
3. Try to move the event and expand its boundaries at the end and beginning.

Sometimes several iterations are needed to reproduce the bug. Sometimes one is enough.

Hi,

I can replicate the issue. I have created a simple project and 3 steps, where I can always replicate the issue.

Reported to Steinberg (with my project and video attached, and steps described).
