Bearbeiten/ Automation folgt Event ist aktiviert
Ich habe eine Kick auf einer Spur, diese wird auch auf eine Gruppe geroutet.
Auf der Gruppenspur habe ich ein PlugIn zum Filter (FabFilter Simplon)
Cubase kopiert leider nicht die Automationsdaten auf der Gruppenspur wenn ich das Event z.b. kopiere.
Automationsdaten, die direkt auf der Kick Spur gemacht werden, werden - wie erwartet - kopiert.
Wie verhält sich die Automation, wenn es über eine Gruppe geroutet wird? Geht das nicht, oder habe ich was falsch eingestellt?
Das hab ich inzwischen auch gemerkt. Finde diese Umsetzung aber nicht wirklich praxisgerecht bzw. intuitiv. Um ein aufgeräumtes und übersichtliches Projekt zu haben ist das Mixing in den Gruppen sehr wichtig. Dazu gehört mMn auch die Automation. Cubase sollte ein “Empfinden” dafür haben, ob einer Gruppe auch ein “Event” einer Spur zugehört. Alles andere macht ja keinen Sinn…
You have to remember that the whole point of a group track is that it sums signals together, and that means you can have a large amount of source audio tracks output to a group track. So if you have for example 10 audio tracks feeding one group track how would the software know when to move automation? If you move an event on audio track #2 should group track automation move? What if you then move an event on tracks # 5 and 8? Should it move again? What if they are in the same location? What if they overlap? What if they don’t originally overlap but overlap after the move?..
To me the current implementation is logical and intuitive.
