Hi!So i loop for example 2 bars and put the ch on Write so that i can record my automation.When its looping only first loop is recorded but usually i do proper edit on 3rd or 4rth loop cycle.How to get it so it will record every looped automation and rewirtes the old one.I mean when my recording is good then in the end of the loop i will press stop so it wont be rewritten.I tried to mess with transport record options but they seem not reflect the automation recordings. 
If I understand you correctly, try opening the automation panel and select Loop. This overwrites the last setting of the control you are moving to the the whole loop.
