Seconding this, I find myself often having to jump back and forth between my timeline and the automation view to see exactly where I want automation to happen with respect to other tracks.
It’d be great if editing automation under the playlist track was also possible, but even if it was just a visualisation of the editing done in the automation panel below that’d be massively helpful for my workflow.
