I want to record one of these songs where you take a guys speaking voice (like from a Barrack Obama speech) and turn cut up bits into a melody. What would you all recommend as far as VST plugins and what not?
Just do it inside Nuendo. No plugin needed.

Yes, you can use the pitch plugins included with nuendo to do this automatically or manually (variaudio).
