Avid DNxHD decoder in Cubase?

Does anyone know if the Avid DNxHD decoder available for Nuendo also works in Cubase 9 and/or 9.5?

yes, this codec is necessary for the new video engine, regardless of the host application (Cubase or Nuendo).

Unfortunately not answered yet, but a duplicate post is here.

But now it’s clear. Originally there was just Nuendo mentioned in the shop. Now, there is even Cubase.
