AXR4 cubase talkback configuration

hi,

I’m struggling with my Talkback configuration.
Now I have ch4 on the front connected with a talkbackmic,
but the on/off switching is a hassle - Is there an easy way to mute/unmute this mic?

or is there another solution you guys/girls use?

I use Control Room within Cubase for talkback. Much easier, so in your case, if you want to keep your talkback plugged into ch4, In Cubase, hit F4 and click on Control Room tab (far right). under Talkback, select AXR Mic 4, then you just use ‘T’ to turn it off and on, and then there’s no need to mess around within the AXR4
