- Create a folder in finder
- put some files in it and remove them, so the finder didn’t show any file
- Cubase → Backup project → into the folder created beforehand
- A message box appears “The folder should be empty” (in german “Der Ordner sollte leer sein”)
Ok, when trashing the content within a folder on Macs one hidden file will be left and we can delete this with an option via the console or with an alternative to Finder.
So please, Steinberg, ignore the hidden system files when backup-ing a project.
