I have a song that has a ukelele part for the first 16 measures only. I’d like the Ukelele layout to inclulde the vocal line, but only for those 16 bars. After that I want “tacet to end” or something similar. Is there a way to include only a specific range of a staff in a layout?

Not that I know of. But there’s a simple workaround : create a new vocal player, copy paste those 16 bars and make it appear onlybin that Layout. It should take you 20s…
Or use manual staff visibility?
That was exactly what I was looking for. As a follow up, the rest of the ukelele part is rests until the end, but I don’t get a single “tacet al fine” block because rehearsal letters and key changes break up the multi-rest chains. It’s not a big deal, but is there a way to get Dorico to ignore all the other markings in the music and just give me a “tacet al fine” block?
