Bar repeat selection/creation quirks

These are small things, but they still get me, years later, multiple times on most projects:

Why are the first three areas clickable, but not the last?

Why is it not possible to create bar repeat (or slash) regions on multiple staves at once?

In general you can only create items on a single staff, but it’s something we would like to extend in future.
