The default bari sax patch in Dorico won’t sound B1 when played on a midi instrument. The instrument it loads into Halion is named “Noisy Baritone Sax.” Please fix this. All other notes work! 
Welcome to the forum, Juan Pablo. We can’t easily change the range of the patches provided in HALion Sonic SE, I’m afraid, but you could try using a different saxophone patch; a few are included in HSSE3.
