Basic FX Suite license - new computer

I have a Basic FX suite license from a UR22c purchased last year.
The license was successfully installed using the Activation Code into an old Windows 10 computer.
Now I have a new computer, and trying to use that Activation Code gets a “License download failed. Activation Code has been used already” message.

I don’t need to use the old computer but the option to “remove license” there is greyed out.
What should I do ?

You need to reactivate the license on the new computer.

Thank-you; license is now reactivated on the new computer.

So is the license for the old computer no longer valid? If so, should the software be un-installed in the old computer? (for Basic FX suite and Cubase AI)
