Hi
I purchase and installed UR22C.
and I get the e-licenses then I registered all functions.

but, I can’t install the Basic FX Suite.
JUST GET BELOW SENTENCE: THE ACTIVATION HAS BEEN USED ALREADY.

Welcome to the forum.

What software did you register already? The activation code is a one time code and can’t be used again after registration.

Did you look into the eLicenser Control Center if the Basix FX Suite is already in there?

Can you post a screenshot of it (but blur the serial numbers).
