I updated Bassic FX Suite to version 3.20 UR22C
Now my DSP plugins won’t open in Cubase Pro 13, it says there are no licenses, I need to know where my licenses went!
The Basic FX Suite has been updated to Steinberg Licensing, i.e. it doesn’t use the eLicenser any longer. You should find a corresponding voucher in your MySteinberg account. After redeeming it, the license can be activated in the Activation Manager.

Nothing appears in my account. These reverb plugins are part of my Mix Template.
Have you checked the Vouchers section of your account? I got a voucher for the Basic FX Suite there yesterday.
Hm, is the Basic FX Suite listed in the Software tab of the My Products page shown in your screenshot above? Maybe you need to perform the maintenance task in the eLicenser Control Center to synchronize the license information on your computer with your account.
