Batch Processor Import File List process

Hi,

A couple of issues/questions with the Import file list function in the Batch processor:

First - I noticed that if the txt file paths include the “ marks as they happen when copying paths and pasting them to txt files, WL isn’t able to import the file list until all quotations are removed. Since copying paths (at least on windows) adds quotations when pasting to txt…can this feature be enhanced to allow that?

Second - It would be very beneficial if the import file list could scan subfolders so that a text file of a parent folder path is going to be enough to import all files within its subfolders.

Any thoughts?

Eitan

Thanks for your report. You are totally right, the quotation should be removed.
This will be fixed in WaveLab 13.0.20

No, sorry. This is passive data (the text file), this is not “active data” with some scanning possibilities behind.
And by the way, I would like to recall that the batch processor has a built-in scanner option that you can use for this purpose.
